What is Sous Vide?
Sous Vide – in French „vacuum” is a unique cooking technique, which involves vacuum packed meat with marinate, cooked slowly at a precise temperature in a water bath. Sous vide method relies on precise temperature control and slow cooking for 4 to 8 hours.
